Try first, then pay

The journal has a 7-day free trial with every feature except the Suggested plan, so you can check it suits you before paying.

Payments are not refundable

The journal is digital software you can use straight away, so monthly, yearly and lifetime payments are not refundable, in full or in part, including for unused time.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email support@parallaxchart.com and we will have the mistake corrected.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes a right to cancel or to a refund that the law of your country gives you and that can't be excluded. Where such a right exists, contact us and we will handle it as the law requires. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record.
